Meet the founder

Hi, I’m Rebecca! I was born and raised in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, and my Southern roots are a big part of who I am. From an early age, I’ve always been drawn to creating order and finding beauty in simplicity. That passion grew over the years and eventually led me to start SHIFT into Organized in 2021, where I help others transform their spaces—and lives—through small, intentional shifts.

But life isn’t just about work for me. I love working out and practicing yoga, which keep me grounded and focused. Spending time with friends is something I truly cherish—it helps me recharge and reminds me of the importance of connection. Those moments of balance and joy are what I strive to bring into everything I do, both personally and professionally.

To me, organization is about so much more than neat spaces—it’s about creating an environment where you can thrive and focus on what truly matters. Whether working with clients or enjoying a good workout, my goal is always the same: to bring clarity, balance, and joy into life.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by clutter or seeking more balance in your space, I’m here to guide you. Taking that first step toward a SHIFT can feel daunting, but it’s also empowering. Together, we’ll create simple, meaningful changes that bring clarity and flow to your home, so you can focus on what truly matters.

Set the Vision- Awareness &Assessment

We begin by evaluating the space and understanding the story behind it. What’s working? What’s not? How is this environment impacting your daily life and energy? This first step brings intention to the surface, allowing us to align every decision with your goals, values, and season of life.

Hold onto what matters - Intentional editing

We declutter with purpose, keeping only what supports your current chapter and lifestyle. By honoring the present moment—not the past or “someday”—we begin to uncover what truly matters. This is where clarity begins to take shape.

Implement flow - functional organization

We create intuitive systems that are both beautiful and practical, designed to support your habits, routines, and the natural rhythm of your life. This step is about creating ease: every item has a purpose and a place, making daily living feel lighter, calmer, and more aligned.

Foster Habits - Mindset & Maintenance

True transformation happens over time. We help you maintain what’s been created by reinforcing supportive habits, personalized tools, and thoughtful check-ins. This step is about building rhythms that protect your peace and keep your space aligned with your evolving life.

trust the transformation - integration & growth

In this final step, we help you recognize the SHIFTs you’ve made—not just in your space, but in how you live. We encourage you to trust the process, embrace what we’ve created, and allow your home to grow with you. It’s not about perfection—it’s about peace and possibility.
